murphy's law

well it seems to always happen, some minor disaster everytime we go to a field trial. years back on the way to the field nationals at ardmore our rv tire exploded and the wire inside damaged the line for the holding tank. luckily it was empty.

so this last week-end we went to the two walking trials in indiana. even though we drove home in the dark, towing a 32 foot fifth wheel, on windy, hilly highway 60, we got home safely and tom pulled into our driveway just fine. we decided to leave it in the driveway and back it into the parking spot monday morning.

early monday morning the pup, genie, wakes me up and i go with her into the dog run. i'm looking at the cruiser and what do i see: a flat tire.

the story of putting on the spare is a whole other post.

well after a time off due to crummy weather genie and i went for our afternoon walk again today. i have to take her on leash past the pond lest she drink it dry, then i let her loose. then i decided to take her grandma holly for a walk. since she runs big we stayed on leash 'cause it's deer season until the 29th. great to be out in the sun once again.

i'm new to this

well i'm new to this blog thing so this will be short and sweet.

just got a new weim puppy middle of september and genie keeps me real busy. so don't know how much blogging i'll do.
